Family members: delete your account in the app

1. Open Ghalina and tap Settings at the top of the family home.
2. Under Account, tap Delete my account.
3. Read what it means for each family and confirm.

This deletes at once: your membership in every family, your name, phone number and photo, your sign-in, the notification tokens of your phones and your alert choices. If you are the only person looking after a parent, the app tells you and offers to delete that parent’s data too. If you were the family admin, the next family member becomes the admin.

What stays:

• If your name and number were added as a contact on your parent’s phone, they stay in the parent’s contacts, like in any address book, without your photo.
• Photos you sent stay on your parent’s phone until the family removes them or deletes the parent’s data.
• The record of a Family Pass purchase (order number, date and the parents it covers), so the pass keeps working for the rest of the family and for accounting. Google Play keeps its own purchase records.

Family admin: delete all of a parent’s data

1. Open the parent’s page in Ghalina.
2. Under Manage … Ghalina, tap Delete all of … data.
3. Type the parent’s name to confirm, then tap Delete everything.

This deletes, for everyone in the family: contacts and photos, medicines and their history, voice reminders, alerts, phone status and location, the safe zone, settings and codes. The parent’s phone returns to its usual home screen and says why.

The parent’s phone

The parent’s phone has no login. To stop sharing, use Ghalina settings → Leave senior mode, or uninstall Ghalina. To delete the data stored for it, a family admin uses “Delete all of … data”, or write to us.

Without the app

Send an e-mail to privacy@ghalina.com from the Google account you use in Ghalina, with the subject “Delete my Ghalina account”. To delete a parent’s data, write “Delete my parent’s Ghalina data” and give the parent’s name as it appears in the app. We check that the request comes from the account owner (or, for a parent’s data, from the family admin), delete the data within 30 days and reply when it is done.

How fast

Deletion in the app happens at once. Copies in Google Cloud’s backup systems are erased on Google’s schedule. More in the privacy policy.

أفراد العائلة: حذف حسابك من التطبيق

1. افتح غالينا واضغط الإعدادات في أعلى الصفحة الرئيسية للعائلة.
2. في قسم الحساب، اضغط حذف حسابي.
3. اقرأ ما يعنيه ذلك لكل عائلة ثم أكّد.

يُحذف فورًا: عضويتك في كل العائلات، واسمك ورقم هاتفك وصورتك، وتسجيل دخولك، ورموز الإشعارات لهواتفك، واختياراتك للتنبيهات. إذا كنت الشخص الوحيد الذي يرعى أحد الوالدين، يخبرك التطبيق بذلك ويعرض عليك حذف بيانات ذلك الوالد أيضًا. وإذا كنت مشرف العائلة، يصبح فرد العائلة التالي هو المشرف.

ما يبقى:

• إذا أُضيف اسمك ورقمك كجهة اتصال على هاتف والدك، فإنهما يبقيان في جهات اتصال الوالد مثل أي دفتر عناوين، من دون صورتك.
• الصور التي أرسلتها تبقى على هاتف والدك إلى أن تزيلها العائلة أو تحذف بيانات الوالد.
• سجلّ شراء باقة العائلة (رقم الطلب وتاريخه والوالدان اللذان تشملهما)، ليستمر عمل الباقة لبقية العائلة ولأغراض المحاسبة. ويحتفظ Google Play بسجلّات المشتريات الخاصة به.

مشرف العائلة: حذف كل بيانات أحد الوالدين

1. افتح صفحة الوالد في غالينا.
2. في قسم إدارة غالينا الخاص بـ…، اضغط حذف كل بيانات ….
3. اكتب اسم الوالد للتأكيد، ثم اضغط حذف كل شيء.

يُحذف لكل أفراد العائلة: جهات الاتصال والصور، والأدوية وسجلّها، والتذكيرات الصوتية، والتنبيهات، وحالة الهاتف والموقع، والمنطقة الآمنة، والإعدادات والرموز. ويعود هاتف الوالد إلى شاشته الرئيسية المعتادة ويوضّح السبب.

هاتف الوالد

لا يحتاج هاتف الوالد إلى تسجيل دخول. لإيقاف المشاركة استخدم إعدادات غالينا ← إيقاف الوضع المبسّط، أو أزل تثبيت غالينا. ولحذف البيانات المخزّنة له، يستخدم مشرف العائلة «حذف كل بيانات …»، أو راسلنا.

من دون التطبيق

أرسل رسالة إلى privacy@ghalina.com من حساب Google الذي تستخدمه في غالينا، بعنوان «حذف حسابي في غالينا». ولحذف بيانات أحد الوالدين، اكتب «حذف بيانات والدي في غالينا» واذكر اسم الوالد كما يظهر في التطبيق. نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر عن صاحب الحساب (أو عن مشرف العائلة في حالة بيانات الوالد)، ونحذف البيانات خلال ٣٠ يومًا، ونردّ عليك عند الانتهاء.

متى يتم الحذف

الحذف من التطبيق فوري. أما النسخ في أنظمة النسخ الاحتياطي لدى Google Cloud فتُمحى وفق الجدول الزمني لدى Google. لمزيد من التفاصيل راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
